  Lovely design of hotel, but would benefit from more 5 star facilities. As it stands, you have to use their sister hotel across the road for most things. That is a nice hotel too, but only 4 star. This one has a nice choice of pools, many sun loungers with umbrellas for shade. No jacuzzis or saunas though. Would perhaps benefit from an indoor heated pool for when it is too windy and cold outside. Good food and service here, would highly recommend to everyone, young and old considering coming here for a week. Any longer than a week then the entertainment is repeated!

  Loved the entertainment each night and the African band was lovely. Food was fantastic too, with great choices. Although a buffet restaurant, when back at your table it felt like you were dining in a normal restaurant. It mostly had a nice atmosphere. The dining had two sittings, 6.30pm-8.30pm and then 8.30pm-10.30pm.

  This isn't our first time at the baobab so we knew what to expect before we arrived. Beautiful resort with seven pools including a lazy river which is a great way to spend a sunny afternoon. The fact that it has rained ever since we arrived is not the fault of the hotel!! The rooms and the service here are fantastic. There is a kids 'panchi' club during the day and a mini disco on an evening for kids plus a great range of entertainment for families on a night. The food selection on full board is great which makes it easy to overeat! The hot food selection that is cooked to order is always excellent. The baobab is probably most suited to families but there are plenty of people here without children.

  Amazing resort like no other. Incredible ambience, absolutely amazing food, clean swimming pools and staff can’t do enough for you. Our favourite destination abroad. Quite expensive costing over £3k for one week off-peak, family of 4+ infant but well worth the money.

  I would have given 5 stars if Children had to dine in the 6.30pm to 8.30 sitting, and the 8.30pm to 10.00pm sitting was then for Adults only.
